Ewejściówki is a leader on the Polish market of booking tickets for cultural events. The range covers most theaters and stages in Poland. Tickets are a specific product that differs significantly from typical e-commerce products. The challenge was to properly collect and arrange analytical dimensions in the reports, giving the client complete knowledge about his sales. We have implemented DataLayer in the form recommended by Google, supplemented with several non-standard dimensions characterizing theater tickets (date and time of the show, day of the week, etc.). We made the reports available in a properly configured Google Analytics and Data Studio service. We also dealt with the monitoring and reporting of affiliate sales, e.g. the widget at https://komediowy.pl/ in a separate view in Google Analytics.
The next step in the implementation was two-way integration with the Marketing Automation tool - Polish SalesManago. All forms have been integrated, the WebPush protocol has been implemented and templates for automatic e-mails have been prepared. We have also created a product file for automatic data exchange.
