We're convinced that a technology conversation only makes sense once we have project goals and metrics clearly mapped. They don't always have to be monetary. Sometimes it's risk reduction, sometimes it's higher NPS.
With a free, 30-minute Discovery Call.The meeting requires no preparation on your side. After the call we send you a written summary with three recommendations — yours to keep, even if you decide not to work with us.
Our goal is to have a conversation, ask open questions, and listen to what you have to say. This is not a sales meeting.You won't see any slides or a pitch deck.
If, after the meeting, we mutually agree that working together makes sense, we move to the paid Discovery phase (30 days, fixed price).

Yes. We don't take on implementation projects above PLN 100,000 without a Discovery phase. It's our policy — it protects both us and the client from a poorly scoped estimate.
Yes. Honne™ Discovery is a standalone product and holds its own even compared to outside vendors. If you choose a different vendor for delivery — we hand over all the materials. There are no exclusivity clauses. We've also had cases where, after Honne™ Discovery, the client got such a clear task list that they decided to implement it with their own internal team.
Yes. Honne™ is a conversation about business and challenges. The framework is 100% model-agnostic. We have experience in B2B (Agrosimex, Artykulygrzewcze) and marketplace (both our own implementations and ones built alongside client projects).
No. We offer two models based on your preference: Fixed Price (predictability for the CFO) and Value-Based (lower risk for the client and deferred cost). Value-based model usually is made of two components: a low base fee + a success fee. The client picks whichever fits.
We handle migrations from SAP Commerce, Shopify Plus, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and custom legacy systems. The target stack always fits your use case — we're not blindly attached to any of them, though we usually have an opinion based on continuously tracking the market and access to a wide range of customer perspectives that sometimes contradict each other.
